Technical requirements for installation of car speakers

For car speakers, there are the following requirements for installing interior panels and waterproof membranes for speakers:
1. Requirements for the interior panel of the speaker installed on the car door:
The mesh area of the interior panel must be greater than or equal to that of the speaker, and the perforation rate must reach 68% or more.
The buckle on the interior panel must be able to firmly connect with the sheet metal buckle and cannot become loose, causing resonance.
It is best to have suction cotton on the interior panel, which can press the waterproof film on the sheet metal.
The front of the speaker and the interior panel must be compacted, and there is a soft cushioning material in front of the speaker.
If the interior panel and speaker are attached together, resonance noise may occur.

2. Requirements for waterproof film of speakers installed on car doors:
The waterproof membrane must be securely fixed, otherwise resonance noise may occur.
The waterproof membrane should not block the installation of the speaker in the holes of the sheet metal.

Waterproof film should not leave any corners behind the holes in the sheet metal where the speaker is installed.

It is best not to open holes in the waterproof membrane for wiring. If there are holes, they should be fixed properly.

When the opening area of the waterproof membrane on the sheet metal is greater than 80cm2, sponge or sound-absorbing cotton should be used to compact the interior panel to prevent resonance.
